Bentley To Utilize Platforms From Porsche In Future Vehicles

Future Bentley models will be using a new platform that is currently being worked on by Porsche to underpin the next Panamera.

The platform, known as MSB, will use a mix of both steel and aluminium, be able to accept either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, and use the next-generation V12 engines. The platform should improve weight-distribution over current Bentleys.

This could be a wonderful thing for both Bentley and the upper crust Audi's! With the platform being a TRULY RWD based one and hopefully a longer nose with the front axle moved forward to improve styling and weight distribution they could be wonderful drivers! And I hope thats not a misprint and the W12 is to be replaced by a nice new V12!
