Back in March, we reported that Lexus LF-LC concept at this year's North American International Auto Show had a 50/50 chance of going into production. Now, it appears the chances for the LF-LC have gone up.

Automotive News has learned from a few sources that the LF-LC will go into production due to the overwhelming reaction from people.

"There has been a lot of interest from dealers and distributors," a Lexus official said.

There is also another reason for Lexus to put the LF-LC into production. Lexus needs some pizzazz to their lineup and a halo car like the LF-LC would be the ticket.

Sources inside Lexus say the LF-LC would be more of a "lite" version of the LFA than a traditional coupe. A production model could hit dealers within three years, or possibly sooner if they utilized a current platform.

I'll probably be banned for life from

C and G for saying this...but I actually ind of like it.

I hope they do bring it into production....

This is the only car I like with the Predator Mouth on it. GM needs to build a new head turning car like this.
