I've always liked the Swedish cars (as evidenced by the fact that I have owned 3 Saab's in the past). I've always thought Volvo's and Saab's were great cars but just priced too high for the market. Without cheap lease deals they didn't move. I wonder why neither Ford or GM tried to price them a little down market to improve sales? Same thing with Volvo's current Chinese owners. It is really hard for them to compete at the same price point as BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and Cadillac.
