July 12, 200619 yr "Rover" will not be built in Oklahoma. "Rover" is a name owned by BMW and apparently licensed by SAIC of China. Nanjing owns the MG name.

Interesting times we live in..cars with a British brand, formerly owned by a German company, may be built in the US by a Chinese company.
