seems very poorly written... i've heard much better analygies of CR...

Do you mean analysis (a reasoned examination) or analogy (a metaphorical comparison, e.g. CR is a demon charged by senior devils Public Citizen and the tort lwayers with the destruction of the righteous - the domestic auto industry)?
