July 30, 200619 yr Most factories have Visitor Centers. Find the phone number for that, call, and set it up. A factory that is getting ready for, in the middle of, or has just finished a retooling probably won't do tours for the regular public, though. Saturn used to have a way to make an appointment for a tour on their website. That's how I set one up back in '02. I don't think they have that anymore, though, but they probably still do tours.
