The NCM

Featured Replies

All right, ladies, gents, I don't know how many of you have been or are in the Bowling Green, KY area, but I took a little side trip up there today whilst the rest of the family was enjoying our annual Family Reunion in Portland, TN. I've got some pictures from the NCM, just thought I'd like to share.

I really hope that y'all liked the pictures. I wish I could have taken more, but my lovely wife, whom didn't attend with me, forgot to charge the battery up on the Digital Camera.

Thanks for those great pics. It's like nirvana. I'd be frozen in awe.

Having owned a Corvette, I have to make a pilgrimage once in my lifetime to this sacred site.

Awesome, 76CT :).

I've driven by the museum quite a few times, but never really visited, tho we did meet in the parking lot when the MC Nationals were in Bowling Green a few years ago.....

Thanks for sharing the pics ;).

Cool pics, thanks for sharing! Although, not to be picky, but Zora's car was a 1974 454, last year for the 454. You have it marked as a 1973, which came with a poly nose and steel chromed rear bumper. The rear went to poly in 1974.

I got some pics of when I went there. Was there anything you guys wanted to see that hasn't been posted?

BTW the C5R engine was NOT there when I was.

76ChevyTrucker did you manage to get any good pics of the Aerovette? I tried but they had it behind another display model.

Awesome pics. I've got to get down there one of these days.

Acutally that's all the pictures I was able to get, the camera's battery died shortly after the picture of the mid-engine 'vette concept set up. And you may be right about Mr. Duntov's Vette, it could be a 1974, I don't honestly recall the information plaque at the base of the picture.
