Well, I'm on a job site (I work for the contracting company my father works for now, by the way. No more fueling planes) and I parked in a space reserved for BAY MONT BANK CUSTOMERS ONLY. They have 9 spaces 'reserved', 7 of them empty, while the rest of the lot - minus the disabled ones - is full. So, its either park in one of those spots like myself and all the subcontractors normally do or park on the fifth floor 'visitors' section of the parking structure a about 1/5-mile away. I know two of the security guys; one's nice, the other thinks he's Jack Webb or somebody with actual importance. So, I get a ticket from Depty Dufus for 'unauthorized parking' even though I occupied the space for a whole 20 minutes. So, here's the thing, he wrote no tag # down because he's an idiot, instead he writes "Green Buick Aurora." Its a $5 fine payable to the leasing office. :rolleyes: So, since I don't own a Buick Aurora - much less a green one - I'm not even dealing with it. But I thought I'd share anyway. :)

That's almost as bad as when my Grandpa got a DUI. Someone called the cops and said that she had been run off the road by a black Chevy Cavalier... So the cops sat and waited by a bar for this car. My grandpa pulled into the bar (a stupid thing to do being drunk) in his daughter's blue Beretta... :blink: Yeah, that was him. Either that woman is a blind idiot... or he didn't do it. A car in a color like mine, though, I could see being mistaken as black... From a distance and not in direct sunlight. But, blue on a sunny day up close? :huh:

Technically, the color is listed as "Silver Teal Metallic," but it appears light blue about 99% of the time. I can understand silver in certain lighting conditions at night, but green? As far as Buick...well...it has no grille. Tell me which Buick besides the Reatta had no grille.

Yeah, but c'mon... look at the emblem. These people probably ticket cars all the time, you think they'd know some makes... especially with all the press about Olds going down.

Reminds me of when I worked in the hospital and the secretary would always say things like, "Would the owner of a red Hyundai Accord with the license plate...." or "Would the owner of a green Honda Accent please....."
