Any rumors on a Turbo Cobalt SS??

Featured Replies

It is likely to happen after SAAB uses the 2.0 DI Turbo in FWD form. I would say it is possible with the MCE the Cobalt is getting.

Cobalt will probably get Turbo when the next-generation Delta platform debuts in the US. The rumor is that the next cobalt will be getting AWD. The new Delta platform is currently under development right now at Opel and will be AWD capable so don't be surprised if the Cobalt does get AWD and a Turbocharged engine. That would be awesome.

So the SC 2.0L is another short-lived engine?

You've heard of the Aveo, right? :AH-HA_wink: :P

Good chance it might find a home there...

Could be neat, but somehow I doubt we'd see it in that ol' Daewoo...
