Autoweek has developed a timeline for the release of vehicles from all the Japanese manufacturers (except Isuzu because...well, you know). The chart goes from the 2007 to 2010 model years.

The LF-A is going to be interesting. There are a few spyshots floating around and it looks well proportioned. Might actually bring some sportyness back to Toyota's completely boring linup. Knowing Toyota, they might actually give the Corvette a price-for-performance run for its money. Of course that means it'll have to share parts with the Camry, but oh well.

The only thing is, is that it'll have 500hp. Is it positioned to take on the Z06 which few can afford? Or will it be targeting the base Corvette which more of the population can purchase?

By affordable, the Corvette is more affordable than most cars in that class. That is what I meant. I haven't heard much of anything about the LF-A though, so I'm just guessing.

The NSX will have a V10, it was announced about a year ago. Still no solid news as to whether it will remain MR or go front engine with SH-AWD, or just RWD.

Civc-based crossover meaning smaller than the CR-V?

Infiniti X crossover is probably going to be more traditional than the FX and larger to fit a third row.

Lexus JX470 crossover will probably be larger than the RX because of the 470 designation (V8 engine). Lexus needs to get a small crossover out.

Mazda looks like it's onboard with the crossover craze. I'm guessing the CX-5 will take the place of the Tribute.

Nissan looks like it has a lot on its plate. Hopefully past quality control issues will not show up again.

I have no clue what the Scion xD is. Possibly a sedan or small crossover?

Toyota FT-SX may be smaller than the recently enlarged RAV4.

They're probably talking about the Stream, which you can see pictures here. I really hope they bring it over because it is a very nice looking vehicle. It's like a stretch-Fit.

I have a feeling you're right, Siegen. It looks pretty good but I doubt it will come to the U.S. with such a sporty look, which is disappointing.

The Stream does look pretty nice.

Wow! A non-fugly Honda! It'll never make it here.

That Stream RSZ is one of the best looking Hondas of the past

decade. The nose is downright handsome. In no way does that

look like a "stretched fit". The Fit is ugly as sin.

The Stream looks nice, put that nose on the Civic and it mmight look pretty good.

If you can get a Stream RSZ-exactly like that one, but LHD, of course-with a V6, I'd be really, really tempted. I've never seen such a good-looking Honda before.

It kinda reminds me of a cross between a Civic and an Evo

The Stream is a Mazda5 competitor, although the new model has mutated into more of a 7-seat wagon like the Peugeot 307SW.
