August 18, 200619 yr SC on the Pebble Beach The 2007 SC Pebble Beach Edition features a cream pearlescent exterior paint called Starfire Pearl, with a Pimento Red leather interior and black bird's-eye maple trim. August 18, 200619 yr Looks like a used bar of soap. I think Toyota is the only manufacturer that can make a droptop look completely unappealing.
August 18, 200619 yr The rear seats are so utterly useless for anyone at all that I don't understand why they couldn't have made it a nicely-trimmed storage area (a la Reatta) or incorporate two inward-facing child harness anchors because that's the only form of human you can fit there.
August 18, 200619 yr I like the SC, the interior is beautiful, and the rear seats are rediculous. It is being remodeled for 2007/2008, I believe.
August 18, 200619 yr Oh no they fu$#ing didn't just use the phrase "pebble beach" & Starfire (as in Oldsmobile) to describe this $hitcan of a Toyota Avalon with a retractable roof. W---T---F---? Toyota must die! What the hell is next? The "Fleetwood Brougham LS470"? or perhaps they'll call their next shade of tan metallic "Eldorado Gold" and the next Silver metallic can be "Riviera Sparkle". God I hate Toyota.
August 19, 200619 yr Oh yes, I forgot Toyota does get the award for the most boring sports car. I hope the next one looks better.
August 19, 200619 yr Author By no stretch can you call this generation SC a "sports car". It's more a boulevard cruiser, if anything.
August 19, 200619 yr I hope they do, Sixty8, just in spite of you. 181902 THIS MEANS WAR !!!!
August 22, 200619 yr If this car was a Buick you guys would be ALL over it. 183517 If it was a Buick, it would look better and it would seat two full-scale people in the backseat.
August 22, 200619 yr If it was a Buick, it would look better and it would seat two full-scale people in the backseat. 183521 Funny, I was just thinking how it looked like a combination of the Velite and the last Riviera...
August 22, 200619 yr Yeah, though the last Riv wasn't as fat (too narrow, though) and the Velite had an awesome ass.
