Pics from the Wilmington GM plant today

Featured Replies

Wow... what a wonderful bombardment of Kappa pics. You're psycho! Thanks for posting these.

My Buick was built in Wilmington- neat to see the plant.

Oh, and the Kappa sibs looks cool, loungin around together, being all tough & aloof, just waiting to get out on the road and hand miata's their asses.

Anyone want to see more of the plant (such as via terraserver.microsoft.com), it's at 810 Boxwood Rd.

While some may think these photos are inconsequential, they will be important many years from now. Hope you hang onto them for historical reasons.

That white one with the tan top looks very cool. Haven't seen a white one in real life yet.

At first I was all in love with the Solstice. When the Sky came on the scene I thought I liked it better and if buying one, it would get my nod. I've since come full circle. I've had a chance to see both on the road and I'm liking the Pontiac better now. And well when asked what car I drive, it would sound better saying a Pontiac than a Saturn. It has more balls.

Sexy little beast. One of my favorite shots of this car. I like the modern Solstice with the vintage Pontiac sign. A nice pairing.

How can something so nice come out of a place like that?
