August 23, 200619 yr ooo, it's armoured... and stretched... but are those hubcaps I see? Maybe the rims are reinforced steel or something, with covers made to look like the civilian alloys...
August 23, 200619 yr That thing's awesome. With a flat, you can go 30 MPH and drive up to 30 miles before getting out to fix it.. that's badass!
August 23, 200619 yr Now THIS is a Cadillac... [sixty8]Not with FWD, it isn't![/sixty8] Seriously, I woudn't mind owning even a regular used DTS with their deliciously bad depreciation.
August 23, 200619 yr Seriously, I woudn't mind owning even a regular used DTS with their deliciously bad depreciation. 183653 Agreed... there are '06 DTSes for $25K on eBay. What Lucerne?
August 23, 200619 yr Cool-it's like a tank with leather seats. Though I've always figured if you are so worried about bullets flying into your car, maybe you should just stay home.
August 23, 200619 yr I'll see your Deville, and raise you two 50s Eldo verts, a '61 limo, and a '39 LaSalle 2dr sedan: I took these at a local Caddy show. A friend of my dad's owns the '39 LaSalle and he invited us to this show sponsored by a local Caddy/LaSalle club. It was a pretty small show, but everything oozed class in a way that Lexus can only dream about. Speaking of which, get a load of this pic: "Don't move, we've got you surrounded!!!"
August 23, 200619 yr I cant say as though I like it, and this protection business is going to make things awfully hard on me when I finally snap................. Now this coulda, shoulda, woulda been a Cadillac.................but alas it was not. They probably could have filled orders for a hundred or so of these at $500,000 and grossed a cool $50 million.............but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! If they did, then all the GM fanatics could'nt complain about all the over priced Ferraris, Astons, McLarens and Bugattis..................then what would C&Gers find to bitch about ?.................
August 23, 200619 yr That thing's awesome. With a flat, you can go 30 MPH and drive up to 30 miles before getting out to fix it.. that's badass! 183649 Yea, it's called a runflat and it is nothing new... Infact, aren't most runflats good for 50mph and 50 miles?

Or convert a Mustang softop into a Camaro concept... hm...
August 23, 200619 yr Author Yea, it's called a runflat and it is nothing new... Infact, aren't most runflats good for 50mph and 50 miles? 183684 I'm sure its a bit more sophisticated than consumer runflats.
August 23, 200619 yr I'll see your Deville, and raise you two 50s Eldo verts, 183680 I believe that's a deVille. The Eldorado had a wide chrome band ringing the fuselage, not the chrome rubstrip..
August 24, 200619 yr Yea, it's called a runflat and it is nothing new... Infact, aren't most runflats good for 50mph and 50 miles? Sure; those that are NOT under 9,000-lb vehicles.tmp- you're correct on the deVille vs. Eldo. Edited August 24, 200619 yr by balthazar
August 24, 200619 yr It may not stop bullets and grenades but this is the nicest Cadillac limo in this thread right now. O.B. nice catch on the hubcaps on the DTS.
