You forgot saturnfan from back in Saturn's $h! days. :smilewide:

Anyway, today I saw a GMT900 Silverado, brand new Sebring, and a 4 door Wrangler. And I wasn't satisfied with any of them. :)

However, I was happy to fill up with 89 octane at $2.34/gallon.. 87 octane was $2.24

I saw the strangest car today and I'm still trying to figure out what it was. It is definitely something from the late 50s, but it had sort of a European front end with big tailfins on the rear. It looked American in proportion, but the front end was very European (kinda Jaguarish). I didn't get a very good look at it since it was turning a corner, but it had a thick B pillar with sort of a bubble rear glass area and thinner C pillar. The exhaust note was very American.

I was thinking it's maybe something from one of those by-gone nameplates like Hudson, but I have no idea.

saw a 1st gen camaro 327 on a trailer today, looked real nice. metallic orange w/ white racing stripes.

what's an easy way to tell what year .. between the first ones and ... up to the 69's?

loki, I am sure there's a first-gen Camaro freak here who can tell you every difference between a '67 and '68. The quickest way for me to tell is... '68 had the federally-mandated side marker lights, and I believe that was the year they did away with the vent wing windows in the doors.

Someone please help clarify for us.

Yes, the '67 had the "vent wing" windows whereas the '68 didn't. Then, the '69 had the infamous "speed lines" or whatever you'd like to call them.

sadly it's been 2 days, and i didn't get much time to look at it, so i'm not sure.

Saw a stunning '55 President Speedster a few days ago. Nothin much else in a while.

Let's see.. at my interview I drove in a Honda Ridgeline saw a bergundy '07 Sebring, steering rack for the NG Caravan, and a Euro-spec Focus that looked like this but in a different color:
