Dang! I spotted my first prototype today, but I had no camera (I had 3, but they were all used up; of all the luck!!) I managed to see the rear and a bit of the doors, but since itn was driving fast down the highway, it was hard to tell. My guess: The NG Mercedes E-Class.

Doubt it, the E-class is only a year or two old, too early for prototypes of the next gen.

Well the next gen C class debuts in a few weeks in Paris I think. Prototypes have been out for about a year.
