Acura and Lexus (especially Acura) have been offering this for some time now. And if I'm not mistaken, some Cadillac models have this option available too.

Yea, but I guess the revolutionary thing about this version is it automatically updates and reroutes your navigation to compensate for traffic times finding the fastest route possible.
