a valuable Patek Philippe watch my grandfather, Harley Earl, owned that's going up for auction on September 27, 2006 at the Downtown Athletic Club, DAC (see web-link directly below). This rare watch has the inscription written on its back how it was a 20th anniversary gift to Designer-Earl from GM Styling, circa 1945.
