October 9, 200619 yr I'd even like a version where the rear doors have windows and solid to the rear. I think many will buy this panel just for the sheer coolness. Outside any practical considerations. It looks smokin.
October 15, 200619 yr While the whole panel truck thing is kinda neat and all, does chevy really need to be spending money on a niche right now?
October 23, 200619 yr This is cool! And lets hope those wheels stay as a production option as well (I'm sure they will) GM needs to offer this as an SS as well.... I'm tellin' ya, the HHR, if marketed right, could go HEAD 2 HEAD with the xBLOB (xA) and xTOASTER (xB) in the tuner/custom world. GM should really go out on a limb with this, expand the line up in a huge way and go after sKion (Scion)
October 23, 200619 yr I was assuming the rear seat is still there, the press release said its 5 passenger. Edit: Nevermind, I just re-read the specs, 2-passenger, 5-door. Had it mixed up. 202536 The picture suggests that you might be able to lift that portion of the floor. It may so happen to reveal the rear bench, or it could be additional storage space. Or maybe the crease is there so that the rear flooring doesn't have to be changed. Is it possible to open those rear doors from the outside, or do you have to reach back through the front door to get the handle?
October 23, 200619 yr how soon 'til DCX decides to build one too? 202576 Pretty Soon: http://www.autoblog.com/2006/10/17/dodge-n...d-of-sema-show/
