October 6, 200619 yr Citroen Could Come to Canada Automobiles Citroen may use Canada as its beachhead into North America. “If we can homologate our cars in Canada, it’s a potential,” says Frederic Banzet, vice-president-international sales. “We’re looking at it.” Read "Citroen Considers Selling Cars in Canada" @ Ward's --- Is it safe to assume that they would be great sellers in Quebec?
October 6, 200619 yr Guess it'll be ok, but I doubt Citroen will get much play outside of Quebec, especially towards my way, where the French aren't exactly looked upon with much fondness for a variety of reasons...
October 6, 200619 yr Interesting. So begins the return of the French. Wonder if it will last this time?

October 8, 200619 yr About time they brought these back... this will sell well, esp. amongst the European-immigrant population... and especially in Diesel... BTW.... Here's a Citroen commercial filmed in Vancouver http://uk.download.yahoo.com/ne/fu/oa/eurcncs185030.mpg Edited October 8, 200619 yr by Polish_Kris
July 10, 200718 yr I've been a fan of Citroens since the ZX. Being in the North American market improves the breed. If they can all figure out what it takes to compete here (sans pickups and boring Toyota-style cars), we can get down. Compared to the Germans, aren't all the French brands budget mainstreamers? I'd like to see the French (and budget Brits) back here before I see the debut of the Chinese.
