I've always hated the look of that car. I'll take an Accord coupe or G6 sedan any day. The coupe version of the G6 reminds me too much of that Solara.

Its one of the worst-proportioned cars on the road.

It's like the car is a NyQuil/Sudafed combination... only for your eyes...

I've never liked the Solara's...even the name bites.

So the exterior reskin is... Taillights.

The interior looks all-new, at least according to my memory. But it also looks like a bite off of Nissan.

It's not, same interior as `04 but the gauges look new.

The ccar looks ok until you get to the C-pillar...then it goes to $h!. I've always liked the headlight designs though.

There's no doubt in my mind that the Toyota Solara is one of the prettiest cars on the  road.

Ugly as the Solara? No? Boring as a slice of bread? You betcha!

The interior was always quite nice (it's beyond me why they never used it in the old Camry) but the exterior never did much for me. It seems like it's trying to a be cheaper, more curvaceous version of the Lexus SC.
