One of my pups just had an encounter with a skunk, and boy, does he stink!

Any ideas about how to get him de-skunked?

Isn't a tomato sauce bath the cure for that?

Or if you wanted to have a little fun with it, buy a few jars of Emerils pasta sauce and shout "BAM!" while pouring it on your dog.

Let him sleep with you tonight. This will acclimate you to the smell. It will wear off in a few months on its own.

He's been banished to the barn for the night.

Guess I had better by some large cans of tomato juice.

Have your pet spayed or neutered.

There are a few shampoos for that...

I know there are a few on Petsmart.com.......

I wish I could remember the name...

I can top the skunk smell...I spent 6 1/2 hours in the cadaver lab at school on Friday! You don't want to know what it smelled like when some of the older bodies start getting mold. It AIN'T good!!!

Well, I bought a $10.00 bottle of stuff and applied it to Arkus - he doesn't stink quite as badly now. I can let him into the house, but togetherness is out of the question.
