Featured Replies

Has anyone seen this before? It's the Shanghai Maple Automotive Marindo 506. *Cough* CTS/STS *Cough*

The back reminds me of the STS more than the CTS. That is one long front overhang, though. Damn. It looks like it's on stilts, too.

Edit: spelling.

I love these Chinese knock-offs, they always look like "Bizarro" versions. It's hilarious stuff!

FYI Shanghai Maple is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holdings, Shanghai Automotive and SAIC Motors are unrelated companies partnered with GM.

Good ol' Geely again. Every vehicle they make is a direct rip of another. It's kind of funny actually.

yeah really why does it seem so tall the wheels look tiny must need a lot of suspension travel for those crappy chinese roads, but look at it this way it is a blatant rip-off of caddy styling but imitation is the sincerest form of flattery

It has one big windshield wiper that just hangs out on the windshield when not in use. Great. $h!box.

Good to know it has enough ground clearance required to drive it off-road. This is a key feature when you want to push a rolling object off a cliff.

Oooh... fancy...

Those rims look like they came right off an Audi A4 3.2 Quattro.

The sad thing is that the knockoff's rear looks better then the original. That's always been a weak area on the CTS.

Awkward looking, side profile reminds me a bit of the last Sentra but with supersize overhangs.

If you want to see a rip off of BMW's roundel, look up BYD Auto.
