October 25, 200619 yr Tons o' speculation going on there, but I think the main thing to get out of it is that Holden and Pontiac will get very intimate with each other over the next few years. Both brands are looking to infuse some excitement into themselves with youthful, performance-oriented cars. The result will undoubtedly be cars better suited to both brands' mission. This is speculation on my part, but it seems like the Monaro/GTO relationship might not be dead after all.
October 25, 200619 yr OK - So let Pontiac and Holden take care of each other, and let Opel and Saturn take care of each other. This leaves Chevy and Buick as the only wholly American divisions for them to "worry" about. Seems like a good plan to me. Just don't pair anybody up with Daewoo.
