October 29, 200619 yr SEMA 2006: Chevrolet Silverado Rally Sport The 2007 Chevy Silverado Rally Sport recalls legendary Rally Sport Chevys, such as the first-generation Rally Sport Camaros. Those cars were all about good looks and affordable, sporty performance. The Silverado Rally Sport conveys that ethic and combines it with the capability of a pickup. This concept vehicle is powered by GM Powertrain’s 6.2L Vortec V-8 and is outfitted with high-performance four-wheel disc brakes, lowered suspension and chrome Chevy Accessories’ 22-inch wheels, with low-profile performance tires. Chevy Accessories ground effects, a hard tonneau cover and custom grille – all painted a beautiful Green Metallic – supply the visual sizzle. The spacious interior boasts four bucket seats, ample storage and rear seat entertainment. October 30, 200619 yr Four...Speed...Auto?.................................................................................................. Guess it makes it cheaper...
October 30, 200619 yr "beautiful Green Metallic?" I guess you have to see it in person. Other than that, looks good.
October 30, 200619 yr If they even give it the 6.2L with the 4-speed, that's rediculous. The 4-speeds need to be gone.
October 30, 200619 yr Ehhh... not fond of this one. The color is eye-catching for the show, but too obnoxious for a daily driver, and the rims are ugly.
October 30, 200619 yr The color is a big weak point on this concept. And as for branding it "Rally Sport," I don't know. The whole package reminds me of a Colorado Xtreme. (P.S. If someone here has details on how to obtain GM Media access without denial, PM me. Ripping the info from GMI and cropping their logo out of the photos is a lot of work.)
October 30, 200619 yr Can they come up with new wheel designs at all? They are the exact same design as the G6 SEMA last year!
October 30, 200619 yr What this means to you: Holy f@#king $h!! They just brought back RS! Coincidence that it's about a year before the Camaro hits the streets?
October 30, 200619 yr Don't care for the color and wheels. Amazing how good the blue one looks and this one so blah.
