I remember back a while C&G moved to the new(er) forum, i.e. the one before this one. So right now, will both forums (the previous one and the oldest one) be gone with the dust forever?

What happened to the old forum exacly? I was Dans900 in the old one and my work had prevented my profile from accesing the site. Since this is a new one it is letting me access it again.

I checked one night on my home computer and it was like gone 4 good..... what exacly happened that took it away?

The old host shut us down without warning.

You mean the old Snitz boards? Those are long gone. We lost those quite a while ago unfortunately.

Why would the old host shut the forum down?

They claimed we caused the server we were on the crash to many times, and that we had to "make changes to correct the problem" but never told us what exactly we needed to change.
