As much as I hate Ford, it's better than the others...if you end up with a 170 c.i. or 200 c.i. L-6, it most likely will be all cast-iron. (I wish I could say the same about the Vega )

If this were real, the Maverick would be an easy choice. Those cars had a good reputation, unlike most of the others here.
