So we all know that a redesigned 9-5 and 9-3 are on their way until the end of the decade, and it seems some sort of crossover will be part of their lineup as well.

What about models smaller than the 9-3?

Personally, I'd like to see two models: a 9-2 based on a future Opel Astra and a 9-1 destined to be a MINI competitor. It seems both audi and Alfa ave approved models to go against the MINI and I'd like to see Saab do something in that 'subcompact premium models' (not sure if the terminology is correct).
