December 24, 200619 yr I know it's not even 2 pm on Christmas Eve, but I want to wish everyone (and their families) here at Cheers and Gears a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. For you "politically correct" weird nuts, Happy Holidays for you. Lol. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May God Bless Us All.
December 24, 200619 yr Thanks GM1, maybe I should get that old Dodge fired up and decorated for a cruise around the Main Line before the rain comes tomorrow.

December 25, 200619 yr Have a Merry Christmas! A Happy Hanukkah! A Tip-Top Tete! A Kw-a-a-a-a-azy Kwanzaa!... And a very solemn and reflective Remadan! Oh, and an awesome Festivus for the rest of you! Edited December 25, 200619 yr by Captainbooyah
December 25, 200619 yr Happy Solstice. May the gods be pleased by your animal sacrifices and rain blessings upon you so that your crops will be bountiful in the coming year. Edited December 25, 200619 yr by Enzora
December 25, 200619 yr atheist-asshat, Baptist-bunghole, careless-Catholic, judgmental-Jehovah's Witness, pretentious-Protestant, queer-Quaker or a whoreson zed-Zionist (it's Shakespeare, don't worry about it)My one quibble--that sure as hell isn't a Shakespeare quote.
December 25, 200619 yr Fair enough. Say what you will about the major (hell, even the minor) religions, I dont care. I fact I've probably said worse. But dont sully the good name of William Shakespeare.
December 25, 200619 yr Author Thank you and likewise to you. I'll accept the CHRISTmas greetings just fine. Right on. I finally managed to make it to church after working two jobs initially, and then being so tired out in general. I'm sure Shakespeare would be the last thing on people's minds in a discussion of religion, but for the rest of us, we may look upon the season as a time to refelct on our lives, and be with the ones we love.
December 25, 200619 yr Happy Holiday to everybody tomorrow, and Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it! Remember that family is (essentially) what today is all about, not the gifts, cookies, or food. Edited December 25, 200619 yr by NOS2006
December 25, 200619 yr I'm not one of the more prolific posters around here, but I do visit the site everyday and enjoy reading the antics of everyone else. I wish I could think of something profound to say, but I'm not that good with words and I'm not a religious person. So, I'll just hope that everyone experiences at least one simple kindness from another person as a reminder that it could be this way all year if we all wanted it to be.
December 25, 200619 yr Merry Christmas to all...the architects here will get a kick out of this one Another good one Edited December 25, 200619 yr by mustang84
December 25, 200619 yr Author Lol. For goodness sakes! Well, next up is New Years'. I hope that I'll be able to go out with some friends :AH-HA_wink:
December 27, 200619 yr Bad, bad, bad 70s architecture...nothing "contemporary" about it! LOL. P.S. How does that portion of the roof where the sled has capsized shed water/snow? No gutter and no apparent "1/4" per lineal foot" in the horizontal direction. :AH-HA_wink:
