January 3, 200719 yr I will post this here as this was a Chevy race car during the embargo. There is video on Autoblog.com showing Ed Wellborn driving the Chaparral 2E around the Tech Center. During the Video he said they have thought about doing a Concept car based on the 2E's ideas. Don't know if this will lead anywhere but it is a great video to watch and listen too. Chaparral would be a good name for a limited edition Vette or Camaro as Jim hall had a history with both. It would be a great heritage name to bring back.
