I've been meaning to ask as well... what's a good Avenged Sevenfold song? There was one of their songs in one of the Guitar Hero games that sounded pretty good, but I don't remember the title.

Guitar hero... That most likely would have been "Bat Country", but most songs on City of Evil have a similar feel. On their previous album, "I Won't See You Tonight, Part 1" is pretty good. If you don't mind limited screaming, "Chapter Four" and "Clairvoyant Disease" are both pretty damn good.

Screaming: Depends how coherent the voice still is. There are good and bad screamers, just like there are good and bad singers. System of a Down and Billy Talent - good screamers. Alexis On Fire - bad screaming.

Hmm... I'd say it's inbetween those, but probably more towards the bad. Me, while I don't prefer it, I don't mind it.. Especially since the songs themselves are so great.

A friend of mine got Guitar Hero 2. It was a good game with some cool songs (Deathclock), but it wasn't worth the 80 bucks.
