Ram drift

video

I just find this funny. I guess diesel would make for a good drifter - you don't have to rev it as high. I can't imagine it's too easy to drift with four back wheels though.

That's impressive and scarey atthe same time!

i bet they do some wight savings on the rear...

you know they race semi's in europe on tracks for, i guess F1 cars, topping out around 100mph or so, iircc

ATVs are drift kings.

Nah, GTOs are drift kings :AH-HA_wink: . You should check out the Top Gear video of them drifting a Monaro.

That Ram looked dumb first of all because it's a huge ass truck drifting and second of all because there was no tires smoke, I'm guessing the ground was pretty wet or something.

This video would give Nicole Kidman nightmares, no doubt.

That's not drifting, that's controlled sliding, the pavement is wet. Real drifting is done on a dry surface. He was just skidding it around, that's also why you do't see any tire smoke, because he's really not spinning the tires all that much.

the Z06 is drift king.

yeah Semi racing is pretty common. heres a European style drifting.

The guy holding the camera has some balls.

Yeahbut the guy driving the truck has a set of grapefruits swingin'.

Cool... while it's not real drifting the term has been

butchered. I posted those videos of my Datsun in

the snow and called it "drifting", no one roasted me

for it, perhaps because the sarcasm was obvious.

O.B. What about Nicole Kidman?

Oh, you guys didn't hear? While filming a movie, she was involved in a car accident. It was a car body rigged onto the back of a one-ton truck chassis, festooned with lights and cameras, etc. She was supposed to look like she was driving. The rig came around a city street corner, oversteered and slammed side-first into a light pole. Some stuntmen on top of the car body were thrown off and Nicole was slightly injured. It was filmed and shown on my Comcast cable homepage news videos.
