The current Pontiac G6 is a front-drive vehicle based on the same platform (known as Epsilon) as the current-generation Chevy Malibu, Opel/Holden Vectra, Saab 9-3, Saturn Aura and Cadillac BLS. Perhaps not coincidentally, the GM vehicle line executive responsible for the Epsilon platform – Gene Stefanyshyn – later became the leader of the Zeta program. February 14, 200719 yr *Looks at Toyota ads* Wow, Toyota's Australian models are just as ugly as the American ones. Anyway... I like the Holden Torana concept, even its bold choice of color. It's a very sleek -- and even somewhat edgy -- design, particularly for the Holden design team. Would this translate to an attractive G6? Well, if the G8 is any indication, heck yeah.
February 14, 200719 yr If Pontiac was going to have the car that leads the division in sales this would be it. I have always felt The Next G6 is the most important car for Pontiac's future. The G8 was only a first step in many more to come. Saturns changes were done in the same manner.
