Used Vehicles...

Featured Replies

I was just thinking about something earlier and figured I'd see other peoples' reactions.

If you were in the market for a used vehicle today (within reasonable range), which vehicle(s) would you purchase?

Car: '97-03 Grand Prix GTP

Sportscar: C5 Corvette, '01-02 Trans Am WS6

SUV: '99-04 Grand Cherokee

Truck: Dodge Dakota 5.9L R/T

NOS, don't ask me why, but if I were to buy a used vehicle right now, I'd like to find low mileage versions of the '94-'96 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham or Buick Roadmaster sedans (although I did recently find a '91 Olds Custom Cruiser wagon with an original 77K on the odo.... :scratchchin: )

Already bought my used vehicle. I highly recommend the Intrepid as a used car purchase.

Park Avenue Ultra

LaCrosse CXL/CXS

Lucerne CXS

Grand Prix GT (s/c)

Bonneville GXP

Riviera (s/c)

Toronado

You can get some of the above stupid cheap.

Too many to list, although late-model F-body cars and GTOs are a raging bargain at current prices.

Hard to narrow it down, but here's a quick list:

Car: First or second gen Aurora

Coupe: 96-99 Riviera S/C or 92-00 SC400 or 91-97 BMW 850i

Sports car: Corvette ZR-1, 05-06 GTO

Cheap used car: TSTE Grand Prix or Turbo Grand Prix Coupe, 90-92 Trofeo

Convertible: 95 Cutlass Supreme

SUV: Not sure....maybe 05+ Grand Cherokee, 02-06 Escalade

Pickup: meh

I have them in my driveway. I would buy them again. I did because my first Ninety Eight was totaled and the Toronado was too. I bought the same cars again and upgraded in the trim levels.

1995-1996 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight Regency Elite Series II

1991-1992 Oldsmobile Toronado with option package ISB

The others that I would consider are:

1996-1999 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight LSS (supercharged) nice cross between full sized Olds and Aurora

2002-2004 Oldsmobile Bravada

Pontiac Bonneville SSE and GXP after 2002( switched over to some Oldsmobile parts)( and heads up display)

Cadillac Deville 1997-1999 with steering wheel controls

Seville SLS 1992-1996 ( with digital gauges)

1993-1996 Cadillac Fleetwood

1990-1992 Fleetwood and Sixty Special(1993)

1992-1996 Cadillac Eldorado coupe with the digital gauges and steering wheel controls

1997-1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight Regency

1991-1997 Cutlass Supreme SL coupe( with bench seat) and International Series and convertible

1989 Buick Riviera with the GCC

Edited by NINETY EIGHT REGENCY

Car: Dodge Intrepid or Stratus coupe.

SUV: Late 90's Suburban

Truck: Late 90's Silverado

Used Cars > New Cars. If I ever won the lottery, I'd only buy used cars. Not to mention, it's all that's on my horizon for a while. Plus used cars are just more desirable anyways. :P

Currently, I'm not sure what I'd get if I were to go car shopping within the next 6 months or so. So many cars to choose from...

First generation Miata

Another Millenia, an S

First generation RX7

1988 Fiero GT 5spd

1993-1997 V6 Firebird

S13 Nissan 240SX

First generation Q45

Honda Del Sol Vtec

Acura Integra

E36 BMW 325is

First Audi A4

Audi 100/A6

Last Buick Riviera

Buick Reatta Hard top

Oldsmobile Aurora

Lexus SC300

1994-1999 Toyota Celica

1994-1998 Ford Mustang

Second Generation Probe

The sad thing is, that's only a faction of the cars I'd consider. :D

Car-Solara (I'd love another one)

Sporty car-Mini Cooper or VW Eos (saw one today and fell in love)
