March 24, 200718 yr just watched MISSISSIPPI BURNING easily one of the best movies ever. extremely good drama. tremendous acting. wonderful actors in their prime. but honestly. I found that one thing I was struggling with the WHOLE MOVIE. ..... A very young Sandra Bullock covered in sweat or a young Ashley Judd covered in sweat? tough choices. seen any movies like that where you JUST had to decide which is better? March 24, 200718 yr Author no, really. i seriously could not choose, at least in that movie. over time, I'd have to pick Sandy. neither are spring chickens.
March 24, 200718 yr Umm thats all well and good but a sweaty Sandra Bullock and even sweatier and hotter Ashley Judd were in 'A Time to Kill'. Gene Hackman and Willem Dafoe were in Mississipi Burning.
March 24, 200718 yr Hmmm... he was in another movie about the South and civil rights, where he played a lawyer. I forget the title now...

March 24, 200718 yr Author Wait, wasn't Matthew Maconnahee in that? oh yes, blu. and if your a man's man, you'll like his performance. he wears a lot of tanks in that movie. and its always frickin humid there. kevin spacey is in that movie also. as is sam jackson. MS burning was a good movie also, but Dafoe and Hackman to me are somewhat clinical in their acting. Edited March 24, 200718 yr by regfootball
March 24, 200718 yr Ahhh, you seen one Southern movie, ya seen them all. Now pass me that Mint Julep!
March 24, 200718 yr "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!" Which reminds me inevitably of the Carol Burnett Show: "Miss Scarlett, where'd you find that dress?" "I saw it in the window, and I just couldn't resist!" <--- classic television, right there.
