September 29, 200520 yr All right, so Saab's are having problems, but the question is, what kind of overheating? Is it electrical overheating (which can lead to fire) or some other form of something getting hotter than its supposed to?
November 14, 200520 yr The recalls are for the direct ignition cassettes used in Saabs with T7 engine management. These sit atop the engine and are vulnerable to malfunction due to overheating, not overheating of the vehicles.
