Spied: 2009 Toyota Sequoia

Featured Replies

The 2009 Sequoia will grow in size to compete with Tahoe-sized family utes, and will likely offer the same 4.7-liter and 5.7-liter engines that the Tundra currently offers.

We'll probably see the Sequoia's first public introduction next year at the Chicago Auto Show, with sales starting in the fall of 2008.

The Car Connection

Yup...it looks like it's just a Tundra with a roof and extra seats. AT least Ford, GM, and Chrysler make their SUVs look different from their platform-mate trucks.

Tahoe will still be the best looking fullsize SUV, followed closely by the new Expedition. They may as well kill this POS now before it blights the landscape.
