May 27, 200718 yr Yep, been doing free trials from time to time over the past couple of years, with both XM and Sirius. Finally broke down today and ordered myself a Sirius unit for the car--then I'll finally have something worthwhile to listen to in the car, and online. Can't wait. May 27, 200718 yr I found XM to be quite unreliable, both in the hardware and in the broadcasting, so its not something I will ever require in a car. If it comes standard, fine, if not, fine. Just too many problems with antennas and cloudy days for me.
May 27, 200718 yr It does actually have a somewhat large stake in the company. But this is actually pretty old news. Have been using the online service since 2004.
May 28, 200718 yr What about the radio code? Are you asking how to find the code to get online? If so.... Go into your car or use your handheld XM device and go to channel 0 or 1(I can't recall off the top of my head but it's right near the beginning of the list of channels) and the code will be displayed on the screen. Copy that down and type it into the XMradio online sign in and it will access your account and you'll be signed up.
