May 29, 200718 yr This is the car I found for my dad. I am really wanting to get this car as a present for Father's day/his birthday. I have the money but it just depends if he wants it. We will have to go get it and tow it back. It is only $1100 and needs emergency brake cables to be certified. The only other thing needed is bodywork to be done. There is some rust. The vinyl top and interiors are mint and all the chrome is as well. Plus it is a hardtop coupe. Here it is 1976 Dodge Royal Monaco hardtop. It would make a good restoration.
May 29, 200718 yr I knew you would be back to posting this stuff sooner or later Nice looking car though.
May 30, 200718 yr Nice looking cruiser, AmRev. I have a soft spot for this gen of big Mopars. My grandfather had quite a few Chryslers in his day, his last was a '77 New Yorker Brougham in bronze with black velour and an off-white vinyl top. The Monaco is decidedly more sporty.

This explains so much about you in so many ways!
May 30, 200718 yr Author I just found out that my dad doesn't want me to get this for him. It is in great condition but he said it isn't desirable enough. I showed him a 1980 Regal Sport Coupe turbo for about the same price and he likes it more. It has 60k kms and the seller wants $1500. Either way, I liked this more than he did but I would rather have another Buick in the driveway.
