I F__KING HATE THE SPURS

I cannot believe Mr. Stern is allowing this go on any longer. DULL SLOW BORING CRAPPY SPURS BASKETBALL.

Tim Duncan is the most boring NBA star in history.

The don't exactly play LEGAL ball.

Robert Horry warms the bench all year so come playoff time he has legs to hit three pointers at key times. And other little tricks to piss people off.

Who wants to watch 58-57 games?

SPURS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't like the Spurs either.

I really felt the refs missed a ton of calls tonight in the second half. I counted 4 no-calls on the Spurs (whether it be not calling obvious travels or not calling obvious fouls) that led to the Cavs getting 2 less points and the Spurs getting 10 extra points, a 12 point swing.

NEW YORK (AP) - The NBA finals continue to draw far fewer viewers than last year.

The San Antonio Spurs' 75-72 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night received a 6.4 national rating and an 11 share on ABC, down 20 percent from the 8.0/14 for last year's Game 3 between the Dallas Mavericks and the Miami Heat.

The Game 3 drop follows a 30 percent plunge for Game 2 and a 19 percent decline for Game 1.

The rating is the percentage watching a telecast among all homes with televisions, and the share is the percentage tuned in to a broadcast among those households with televisions on at the time. A ratings point represents 1,114,000 households.

how could Mr. Stern permit this crap? EVERYONE HATES THE SPURS

I also hate the Spurs, but on the other hand I don't want to see LeBron win anything! So, it's a lose-lose situation for me. At least I haven't had to go through the torture of watching any of the games :)

The NBA ratings are really horrific. They need to do something pretty drastic I think to get people to watch again (or find another Jordan).

NBA's ratings are down.

Nhl's ratings are down.

Mlb's ratings are down.

Proof people are really not into sports like they used to.

Or people like me who work all the time....

I was watching mike and mike on espn2 and they compared em to last years ratings when it was the mavs and the heat. Muchhhhhhhh better.

GO MAVS!

there are so many more forms of entertainment these days. yet clearly the nba did not benefit from having the most boring team ever to win again.

lebron is what everyone wants to see win. not the plodding spurs.

The Cav's offense isn't exactly a joy to watch unfortunately, Lebron or not.

The reasons I HATE the Sours (just noticed I did that, I think I'll keep it):

-They won the Tim Duncan sweepstakes (which should have been Boston or Philly)

-Turned Duncan into a power forward when he's a CENTER!

-They swept my Lakers savagely in '99.

All crimes against humanity. Which is why it felt so good for my boys to shut them down in '01, '02, and '04. Plus the Lakers were their only real obstacle.

As far as the whole boring thing, gota keep in mind that team is based in a conservative town. If they were down the road in Austin (or more to the point, LA or the Bay or somewhere like that), maybe it would be different.

By the way, we have another bad Duncan situation coming with Greg Oden heading for the HATED Trailblazers!! I never did like Portland. Hoped for Boston, or at least Seattle or Atlanta. Oh well...

Lebron is at best an above average player. He is not a Kobe or Wade at all. He bitches way too much to the officials. He needs to spend some more time in the gym working on his shot if he wants to be a better player.

I wanted Oden here in MN beside KG.
