June 10, 200718 yr (I'm bored) What type of computer mouse do you currently use and do you want to upgrade it...if so to what? I currently have a Logitech Cordless Click! Plus mouse. It's a pretty nice mouse but I've noticed lately that it has to be closer to the wireless receiver in order to work well...probably age. I'm dying to get an MX Revolution though, it's a sexy mouse with awesome feel and precision...plus it'll match the rest of my Desktop...black and silver :3 On a side note, I dislike all of Microsuck's mice products...they feel cheaper than Logitech, both in terms of materials and most noticeably the wheel. It has no precision and feels rubbery and cheap. As for keyboard, I have a Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard. Best Keyboard on the market IMHO (especially if you're gamer) Edited June 10, 200718 yr by Dodgefan
June 10, 200718 yr Author Hey those are pretty nice, especially the mouse. It looks very cool with the blue LEDs, and teh keyboard looks slick too, but the it's not as cool as the G15 :AH-HA_wink: Edited June 10, 200718 yr by Dodgefan
June 10, 200718 yr Author I can also dock my Ipod in the keyboard. Neat...but what's the point? A USB cable works just as well (unless you mean it features a USB port for docking, which the G15 has 2 of them).
June 10, 200718 yr I highly recommend Razer products, they are top notch. I game a lot and their products come in handy. Here is their website. See for yourself. http://www.razerzone.com/
June 10, 200718 yr Author I highly recommend Razer products, they are top notch. I game a lot and their products come in handy. Here is their website. See for yourself. http://www.razerzone.com/ They are quite nice, but I'll never trade my keyboard, and I've got my heart set on the MX. What I love about the keyboard is...well a lot. It's the only keyboard I know of that has Macro keys (which is very handy for MMORPGS), as well as the display screen (which I use all of thee time). The backlighting is my favorite feature, because I can type at low light without guessing. Being able to disable the cursed Windows key is another handy plus. Aside from that, the keys have a very nice feel to them. Solid, yet quiet.
June 10, 200718 yr Nothin special. With my laptop I have a Logitech V270 Bluetooth mouse that I purchased because I thought my laptop had Bluetooth. I was wrong. I decided the best course of action was to get a Bluetooth dongle. But regardless, the mouse frequently loses connection, and the dongle subsequentially fails. That, and it drains batteries like a hungry hungry hippo. With the desktop, I have a basic wireless keyboard and mouse combo. If I had infinite resources, I'd go for one of these. Anyone got $1500 and have nothing better to spend it on?
June 10, 200718 yr The keyboard is great. The best laptop keyboard I've ever used. I have mixed feelings about the mouse. The scroll ball gets dirty very easily and stops working. It's a pain to clean it to get it working again, too.

June 11, 200718 yr Well I have to tell the truth, I really do like Commodores, I'm running the whole GM Corporation off a Commodore 64. Edited June 11, 200718 yr by Pontiac Custom-S
June 11, 200718 yr Author Well I have to tell the truth, I really do like Commodores, I'm running all of the GM Corporation off a Commodore 64. That's fine piece of high powered machinery you got there! The HD must have like, a KB of space! We have one of those in the attic somewhere
June 11, 200718 yr That's fine piece of high powered machinery you got there! The HD must have like, a KB of space! We have one of those in the attic somewhere Wuts a KB?
June 11, 200718 yr That's fine piece of high powered machinery you got there! The HD must have like, a KB of space! We have one of those in the attic somewhere If I remember correctly, the Commodore 64 was named for its RAM capacity: 64 KB. Compare that to the 1,000,000 KB RAM standard in most PCs today.
June 11, 200718 yr On a side note, I dislike all of Microsuck's mice products...they feel cheaper than Logitech, both in terms of materials and most noticeably the wheel. It has no precision and feels rubbery and cheap. My last wired mouse was the original Microsoft Optical mouse. The wheel on that was of the same caliber as the wheels on both of my current wireless mice. It wasn't until more recently that they decided to change the feel of the wheel, and I agree with you. I'm kinda worried about buying a new mouse without first trying it out for that very reason, because I think Logitech has similar wheels on some of their mice.
