Except for the fact that the Swedes 'eat' some letters when spekaing their own language, I didn't find it that hard to undertand when the General Manager was speaking. Maybe those hours of listening to 'Sveriges Radio' are finally paying off. I have to tell my teacher about it. :AH-HA_wink:

And, since the designer's bit is in English there's no need for a 'Pork & Cheese' version.

Btw, rice is healthy for you :P

I like the reworked, Passat-like door handles. The old ones never cut it with me.

Why is everyone eliminating bump strips? Yeah, it makes the car look cleaner and more modern, but it also made them look quintessentially European.

Not to mention the dents and dings that make them look like crap without the rub strips.

Very nice. I love the silver SportCombi. The whole appearance is very clean, subtle, and Scandinavian. Definitely icy cool.

I must have one! Seriously, I would consider this over the new CTS. The updates really clean up the car and make it look so much better. In an age where everyone is going for odd shapes and designs, the 9-3 looks clean, cohesive, and beautiful (try and find a BMW that can say the same).

GIVE MEH!!!

I absolutely love the front end design. The back..I would change a few things, but its still a great car nevertheless... I think this will keep the 9-3 selling strong for Saab until the complete redesign comes.

That video seemed a little much for basically an exterior update. You would think from the way that guy was talking that they had a whole new car being debuted.

Somebody forgot to take the electrical tape off the tailights! The tailights have to be the only letdown of the whole car, everything else looks great.

And best of all...

Saab XWD, an active all;-wheel-drive system, is available on Aero variants, together with an uprated 280 hp/ 206 kW 2.8V6 turbo engine. It offers enhanced driver involvement and control in all road conditions. The Haldex multi-plate clutch unit infinitely varies engine torque between the front and rear axles, and an optional rear limited-slip differential can transfer torque between the rear drive shafts.
