Bands like this (look at the cover, of course I have to listen to them) give me hope for today's rock. Ignore the useless labels like "stoner rock" or "desert rock", this stuff does what bands like Blue Cheer, Mountain, and even Sabbath did best and what today's mainstream rock bands somehow fail to understand: f@#king jam.

This is from a bunch really nice guys from Sweden (got the chance to meet them last year when they played here):

Heavier and darker stuff... If you're an ultra-conservative Christian do not listen to this: you'll be sentenced to Eternal Damnation :neenerneener:

Playing some Battlefield Vietnam got me in the mood for some classics...

Rumor Has It I just bought Adele's awesome new CD, 21.

I just picked up 'Born This Way', so I'm on a bit of a Lady Gaga spree.

"The Beginning" by the Black Eyed Peas has been in the CD player of the 560SEC for about 3 weeks now.

"Someday" is a great track. I had the car at 125mph the other day (closed all four windows after 90mph)

and that song was blastin' from the speakers.

EDIT: 4am, empty 4 lane highway (just for the record)

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird

Regular cut, or the 12 minute extended one with the 4 minute piano solo?

You aint lived till you hear that long version, I'm telling you.

It's almost as epic as the "November Rain" video by G&R
