I'm not sure if at made this clear before, but the deadline is 12:01 AM EST on Sunday, August 28th. Meaning Saturday night is basically the deadline.

I g2g go to Nj so I did this in like 30 min, something quick but I thought It looked like good enough quality for the competition. ^_^

door handles? i dont really understand why the first thing everyone does is whack off the door handles, there isnt much of a chance something like that would ever come from gm so why not just be realistic?

i forgot to add that variance's design is friggin awsome other wise

ahh, olds i was waiting for one of those... thats how i started mine (a GNX) but im not far, so ill leave u with it and start again.. dont worry though it wasnt a good start. Anyway, it looks sweet. Aggressive yet, buick.

I love olds442's version of the Lucerne as a coupe....love it. It would be fun to see the Lucerne in a 2-door ragtop T-Type version.

Toxic!....that is incredible...I like that alot. Very well done. I like the look of the greenhouse in proportion to the body....it doesn't sit so high as on some cars.

Hey, Northie... Could you make a smaller pic for me? I really don't need it to be that big to chop it (That GP I chopped was about 500 pixels wide) and my PC is crappy and slow (as you've probably heard me complain before). Thanks, if you can.

look at the Caddy XLR and new Corvette they have no visible door handles

so its just time that all cars might be like that

id bee ashamed to try, just a long as neither of ya try to call it original, :P actually kinda serious there, its been used too much in my opinion

Mute, it'd look AWESOME if you put your time into it. Learn to play with the filters. It always helps.

the prog i use doesnt have filters, but . . . its funny youd say that and it really really flatters me . . . . . . . . not only cuz i just seemed really harsh on your last chop that i saw, not only that i see you as a really good chopper . . . . . B) oh and guys please let me know what youve noticed and what you like, dont like, i dont really care what you guys think, but i like new ideas and tons of imput would be greatly appreciated

yeah, but its not easy let me tell ya, im proud of it, yeah i could spend another couple hours, but i really dont have that much time anymore soory

Here's my entry. I basically stayed true to my claim as being a detail-chopper.

I... lowered it, pushed rear wheel out further, sleekened the greenhouse a bit, made it into a coupe, tinted the headlight housing around the elements, blackened the lower intakes, and finally changed the color to black. Evidently, the color hides what I did to the intakes. I'll just say that I wasn't planning on it being black...

the handle itself might not be visible but u can for sure tell there is something there to open the door because of the slot u stick ur fingers in and push the little touch pad thingy. i think that the complelty smooth door loook is horrible. it drives me crazy on old hot rods when they do it. i do really like the way the wat gm does the xlr and corvette doors tho. yea i kno... im wierd :P

What about the old W-Body door handles? :D ...It had completely smooth doors with the handles being the pillar. The look of shaved door handles... but with them. :P

So basically the competition is closed on the 27th. That one minute of Sunday really doesn't count for much....kind of misleading. :blink:
