August 7, 200718 yr On July 31st my salesman sent me an e-mail and said the car I ordered (LaCrosse Super) was built last week at the #2 Oshawa assembly plant and should arrive any day. Well it still hasn't. He gave me a copy of the build order. I'm wondering if there was any way I could check online to see if the car has left the plant yet and is in transit. I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm getting a little worried about it. Thanks. Edited August 7, 200718 yr by jpstax
August 8, 200718 yr You can't, but your salesperson can. If the vehicle was just built, it could take a couple weeks to arrive at the dealer's door, depending on where you are. Maybe he was being overly optimistic?
August 8, 200718 yr I can, PM me your order number. Also tell me where you're located so I can figure out how it will ship. Edited August 8, 200718 yr by Pontiac Custom-S
August 8, 200718 yr I had no idea you could order these cars yet. I've always heard shipping by train can take a while. It would be worth the wait if that is so. I imagine shipping by train is the safest way to do it, since those car haulers are well protected.
August 8, 200718 yr Author I can, PM me your order number. Also tell me where you're located so I can figure out how it will ship. I think my PM to you was sent. However, to be sure, please send me an e-mail so I can get your e-mail address and send you the order# info. My e-mail address is [email protected].
