On July 31st my salesman sent me an e-mail and said the car I ordered (LaCrosse Super) was built last week at the #2 Oshawa assembly plant and should arrive any day. Well it still hasn't. He gave me a copy of the build order. I'm wondering if there was any way I could check online to see if the car has left the plant yet and is in transit. I know this sounds ridiculous, but I'm getting a little worried about it. Thanks.

You can't, but your salesperson can. If the vehicle was just built, it could take a couple weeks to arrive at the dealer's door, depending on where you are. Maybe he was being overly optimistic?

I want details and pictures (when you get it) :)

I had no idea you could order these cars yet.

I've always heard shipping by train can take a while. It would be worth the wait if that is so. I imagine shipping by train is the safest way to do it, since those car haulers are well protected.

I can, PM me your order number. Also tell me where you're located so I can figure out how it will ship.

I think my PM to you was sent. However, to be sure, please send me an e-mail so I can get your e-mail address and send you the order# info. My e-mail address is [email protected].
