Expect improved fuel economy and a boost in power to around 115-120 hp or so. That's great news. I hope the new 1.6 goes into the sedan as well. The half-ton heavier Malibu 4-cylinder offers nearly the same fuel economy as the current Aveo (22/30 vs 23/32).
