FRANKFURT: 2008 Mazda6

Featured Replies

I'm late to the party commenting on this car. I like it Mazda's looks improve all the time, but isn't their reliability suspect? They usually rank pretty low in that category from what I understand, maybe someone can correct me on this.

I know it's purely anecdotal, but I've had zero problems with mine (not related to somebody running into me, anyway) in three years and nearly 80K miles.

I drove an '03 V6/5speed for 51,000 miles and had not ONE problem, no matter how minor....with the sole exception of the clutch going out at 20K miles (and there was a service bulletin about the clutch problem too.)

It was the most reliable, and tightest car (not a single squeak, rattle, or clunk even at 50K+ miles) I've ever had.
