2004 COLORADO

Featured Replies

had an odd message come up on my display last night on my colorado. unlocked the doors and hopped in the drivers seat and the display said "RSA1" or "RFA1" i cant exactly remember which. i started it up and the code went away. turned off the engine and turned the switch but it wouldnt pull it back up. anyone have any idea what it is or has it happened to anyone else?

Is the truck running good?

Those trucks do some odd things...I've heard of stuff like that.

Though I have not heard anything like that....

yeah runs fine, hasnt skipped a beat. i got some cruddy gas once that threw 30+ codes but that was around 15K miles. im humming around 46K now. just something new to me and hasnt come back up since. ive gotten a couple of possible recall letters from gm about premature valve seat wear and a possible faulty gas cap. i must say that the valve seat wear has me spooked the most so i have been a little more wary the past month.

I've heard many codes thrown by the stupid gas cap......
