I came across this web site. WorldSpace Satellite Radio http://www.worldspace.com They were the original owners of the XM radio network. Check out their coverage maps!!!

In Europe, UK, Germany, and France you can capture the North Africa beam so Europe is kinda covered.

    Neat. I have had Sirius for a few months now and I can't imagine not having it. It is so nice not to have to worry about finding new radio stations when you set out on a venture, and you can always find something you like. I'm glad the rest of the world can have it to.
