After reinstalling the operating system, everything else is in good order, except for the printer, which takes forever to print a document. What should be done about this, because before the reinstall, it would print promptly after the command was given.

Are you using a driver included with Windows or a driver supplied by HP?

you probaly have the driver set to print directly to the printer instead of spooling.

I installed the printer using the HP CD. What the hell should I do? Uninstall it and do it over?

Am I outdated i use a HP 670C? It stilll works tho.
